Our Strengths Cards have been designed to offer just that! Highly visual and easy to use, these versatile cards provide a more holistic approach to discuss strengths coupled with the opportunity to explore the full range of strengths. The Motivation Scale is a useful continuum to share with clients when discussing goals and motivation. Use it as a visual aid to explore how an individual talks about their goals, whether they are completely turned on or off, feel they ‘should’ go for it or perhaps have no choice and just ‘have to’.
